VIVEKODAYA- 2018

Organized a program under the banner of Vivekananda Study Center an awareness programme for the B.Ed & Social Work Students on 28th March, 2018 at the City Campus situated at Pandeshwar. The Programme was inaugurated by His Holiness, Sri. Swami Jitakamanandaji Maharaj, President, Sri Ramakrishna Ashram, Mangaluru. The programme was presided over by Dr. P.S. Aithal, Vice Chancellor, Srinivas University. Sri. Capt. Ganesh Karnik, MLC, Mangaluru was the Chief Guest for the programme & Mr. Vinod Dasar, President, Swami Vivekananda Integrated Rural Development Society, Yaragatti was the Guest. Sri. Prakash Malpe, Social Activist, delivered lecture on the topic ‘Role of Youths in building New India’. Dr. Suresh Kumar, Dean, College of Social Sciences & Humanities, Dr. Jayashree Bolar, Dean, College of Education and Staff of B. Ed and Social Work Departments were present in the occasion. Around 130 Students from Education and Social Work departments participated in the programme.
