 Plastic Waste Management Awareness Program at Srinivas University

Mangalore: Srinivas University held an awareness program on the theme of Plastic Waste Management at the Srinivas University City campus, Pandeshwar, 
on 9th September 2023.

The Srinivas University National Service Scheme, in collaboration with Mumbai United Way, conducted this program. The resource persons, Mr. Andrew Dais, Project Lead at United Way Mumbai, and Mr. Sandeep Shetty, Field Officer at United Way Mumbai, explained about plastic waste management.

The Dean of the Institute of Management and Commerce, Prof. Venkatesh S. Amin, spoke on Plastic Waste Disposal and Management.

The Srinivas University NSS Coordinator, Dr. Laveena D Mello, gave the introductory speech. Prof. Sharmila Shetty, Prof. Shilpa K., Prof. Yashasvini, Prof. Sushmita, Prof. Prajna, and Prof. Usha were present. Student Trisha Rai compared the program.
