Report on the Program: Empowering Excellence in Nursing-22-01-2024

 

The Department of Social Sciences and Humanities, under the Institute of Management and Commerce at Srinivas University, successfully conducted a program titled "Empowering Excellence in Nursing: Enhancing Communication, Behavior, Patient Cooperation, and Departmental Maintenance" on 22nd January 2025.

The program targeted the nursing staff of Srinivas Hospital and aimed to strengthen their skills in communication, behavioral management, fostering patient cooperation, and ensuring effective departmental maintenance.

Resource Person:

Dr. Venkatesh S. Amin, Dean, Institute of Management and Commerce, Srinivas University, served as the esteemed resource person. He delivered insightful and practical sessions focusing on the crucial role of nurses in ensuring high-quality healthcare delivery.
